Growing up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Meredith was involved in theatre from a young age. She took drama classes and camps and did plays whenever and wherever she could.
High-school found her acting, directing and writing, as well as producing theatre with her peers.
Meredith was accepted to Humber College's Acting for Film and Television program and so she moved to Toronto to study and to try her hand at on-screen performance.
Since completing the program, she has been acting in film, television, commercials, improv, and theatre.
And she has been loving it.
